So, what I need to do is download an older Mac OS X version (probably Mountain Lion), create a bootable USB, and reinstall on that computer. But the App Store doesn't let me download it, since I'm already at a newer version. And the computer doesn't support El Capitan, so making a boot USB of the current OS doesn't help at all.
